A morning in the house doing the typical Sunday morning stuff - listening to music, drinking coffee, eating pancakes, staring at columns and rows on Excel, that kind of thing...

And then a great solo swim to finish off the week before the rest of the household joined me down at the pool for an equally great family swim.
