Getting high

Bev and Den bought me an experience for my birthday and today was the day to experience it. Yes it was indoor sky diving at Manchester. Here I am literally flying! Danny, Will and Bev all took part. We came out literally windswept!!

The wind tunnel is over 4 m in diameter and wind speeds can be achieved in excess of 140 mph! What an experience it was WOW, WOW, amazing. We had three separate goes in the tunnel of a minute long each. On the second and third go the instructor spun us up to the top of the tunnel and back down again twice. One of the other fliers struggled to let go of the instructors hands and then lost her goggles, twice!! Bev did a flip and the instructor caught her! It all captured on film. The instructors treated us to a special display of tricks, pretty cool stuff.
