A piece of my heart

A piece of my heart will always be here. This is the lane that leads to where I lived with my parents, then returned to each year once I moved to Israel. The house you can see replaces the bungalow we lived in. Two minutes further on is the farm. I don't know what I'll do when Mary's grandparents leave the place ....

Passed by the lane as I set off back to Wiltshire and couldn't resist stopping for one more look, to last me until my next visit. Once we move up, it will take me about 10 mins to get there, but that's not looking likely to be til at least March now, unless we get some very good news by next Friday.
