Meringues

First attempt at meringue girls kisses. Not too bad, they taste nice but I definately need to practice! I've only made meringues once before and this was a different method. Next time, I need to ensure that the sugar is hot enough before adding it, so that it dissolves and doesn't seep out sugar syrup when cooking. They don't look the prettiest but I feel like I accomplished something. I will keep trying.
