Filing

Wooohooo that's all the personal and household stuff up to date and filed away, it was only a couple of years worth that had been stuffed in various places around the house, stressing me out because I couldn't find anything and I couldn't cope with the idea of sorting through it all.

Thankfully it wasn't like starting from scratch as my files were still there from my über organised days, so it was just a case of sorting and putting away.

Now I just need to do the two business files, the accounts and file the tax returns.

There are then just a couple of things that need sorting, like phoning kindle insurance people and finally updating the info on the some the fur children's microchips.

Also on the agenda today was a lovely bath (very rare event as the tap for the bath broke off a while ago and well it's a major job to fix, but we have a powerful shower that will fill the bath, not perfect, but better than nothing when you really fancy a bubble bath). Also discovering biscuit eating is now a dangerous and extreme sport (Wooster bit me). And the luxury of putting the heating on because our energy account is in credit (we do use the heating but we have tried to not rely on it so much preferring the stick a jumper on or wrap up in a blanket method first, but also mainly cause we do actually have the back door open most days and well there's no point in turning it on then).

Job centre tomorrow it's the first meeting thing to finalise benefit claim *sigh* it's been a very long time since I was last out of work and I fear the job centre is still ill equipped to deal with professionals (I remember the 'fun' I had last time explaining waste management was a job sector not a job position. And let's not forget them 'finding' Mr Mouse a job as a female lifeguard, cause you know aside from not being a great swimmer being male he was obviously qualified).
