Deep heat and painkillers

Stupid sore arm/shoulder hurting yet again which led to a day of deep heat and ridiculously strong painkillers. On the plus side, the latter meant I had a pretty awesome nap.

Also went to the cinema today and saw The Delivery Man which was a lot better than I expected. Today also saw another new recipe being used in the form of Peanut Butter Chicken served with noodles and bean sprouts. It was awesome!
