Had a lovely visit from Shera ( I wish I knew how to link you, sorry!! ) and her cute as a button Daughter, who has a smile that lights up a room :)

she was helping me with my shredding!!! 17 bin bags full I have got through this weekend......

I went for a walk at lunch today, to get some fresh air, our office is like a sauna!!
