What the hell is that?

Surely the point of a scooter as a means of transport is it's small size and the point of a bike is that it's reasonably comfortable. So what's this about - too big to carry about easily like a scooter, but there's no where to sit.

Was stuck in a social situation today that seemed to involve conversations about ladies' shoes and Cherie Blair never wearing gloves. it almost made me want to go to the room next door and watch the grand prix....
