News Flash!

It's Sunday, so relax.

Sit down with the Sunday paper, some freshly brewed coffee & split muffins, topped with spinach, poached eggs & my very first attempt at hollandaise sauce, & enjoy the day.

My eggs benedict didn't turn out exactly as I'd imagined & the yolks & butter did split a bit, but Nigel Slater didn't guide me wrong & Jenny assures me it tasted as it should. And it was good!

It's a been a glorious day, the sun has been shining, we've chilled & pottered about. I hope you had a relaxing day too.
