First Daffodil, Raggedy But A Delight!

The first thing I saw this morning, like a glint of sun that caught the corner of my eye, was a daffodil blooming! I have planted 1000 here but they never bloom this early! I have a lot of them planted in large pots so they could be moved here and there for color and this little one was in a back corner with a few pots moved out of the way in the pink picket fence garden. There are several of these pots there and some have green shoots coming up but this one brave little fella is a breath of fresh air in January, a surprise and a delight, if a little raggedy, nonetheless!
