Clear liquid diet

today, in preparation for a colonoscopy tomorrow morning. Not a particularly pleasant procedure, and not particularly pleasant to talk about, but very important and very necessary. Colonoscopies do save lives! I had an older sister who died of colon cancer in 1980 at age 47. My mother also had it, but caught it early enough that she was cured. So, I've been having them every five years since I was 45. Colon cancer has a very high cure rate if it's detected early. So, don't put it off!
