Birthday cake

Yesterday was my 21st birthday. As always, i made a small celebration with friends as a pre-birthday and had great time with my loving parents on my real birthday. We had our traditional dinner right across the Bosphorus, with the companionship of the mesmerizing view of Istanbul. But my special birthday cake made my day. This is called a volcano, a slightly altered type of souffle.
