Frosty Start

These are the ice crystals on the roof of my car when I went out this morning to the physiotherapists. I have been persuaded to try acupuncture for my back and today was the first treatment and I was very nervous, as I've never had it before. I'm not sure it's really made any difference except that it feels quite achy and stiff now - maybe it takes time to work, I don't know. Anyway, I will give it a try and hope that it makes a difference in the long run :-)
