Corfe Castle: windows in the Gloriette
The Gloriette, constructed between 1200 and 1204 (during King John's reign), comprised a chapel, a great hall, the king's own residence and various other domestic buildings.
Through the window to the right can be seen a further window; these were on opposite sides of the great hall, which measured 21ft by 14ft.
