The Silos

Very grey day today, had a few of my mono sites ready but as I had to collect Callum I ended up driving past the plant when the sun started to break through bathing the polymer silos in glorious golden light. Well that was it, shot for the day sorted!!

These silos contain polymer pellet and powder (polyethylene and polypropylene) before bagging or containerisation. There is around 36 in a block and they are about 30 metres high. Googlearth the plant at Grangemouth and you should find them easily enough.
