Now where did I park my bike?

Today was going to be a Christmas gift idea for the girls, but when I saw this at 5.15 this morning on my way to the bus station, I couldn`t get my camera out quick enough.

Two people walking past me gave my the obligatory weird look, but when I pointed out what I was photographing, they just grinned and walked off into the dark.
I`m still trying to figure out how it got up there, despite a buckled wheel
