A Pleasant Detour

I had a few errands to run in the centre of Caerphilly. After leaving and making my way around the town to avoid traffic, a detour down the lane alongside the castle saw me passing these ducks at the side of the road.

I quickly got the window down and grabbed a quick couple of photo's.

I did take some of the castle but with no clouds the images looked flat and uninteresting. There's always another day.

I was going to post a black & white but decided on a bit of artistic editing.

A really nice day and great not to see any rain for a change.
