Bear's Burrito

I am on good form with my cookery of late! Tonight I used the leftover beef brisket and made my own burritos! Absolutely delicious an all! I remember a time when I used to buy old El Paso burrito kits and follow the instructions to the letter, cos I was too scared to ruin them. My cookery skills have come on leaps and bounds since then, thankfully.

In other news, after about 4 weeks of being at home, I finally went back to 'work' today, just as I got a bunch of emails through with work requests from my own clients. It's nice to be busy again, although it's only Monday and I'm already feeling sleepy...
