Cowboy Casserole

After the success of yesterday's peanut butter chicken, today's slow cooker dish was Cowboy Casserole. A sausage casserole with carrots, mixed beans and chopped tomatoes.
Was lovely. McCombers new cook book was a fantastic investment.

Someone was coming to give a valuation on the house this afternoon. So I thought that was a good excuse for a day off.

My day consisted of a long lie, a skype conversation with my mate Kev in Australia, preparing the cowboy casserole, catching up on telly.

Then after dinner I made Chilli for dinner tomorrow.
