2 meetings with the school today to sort out a problem with our 8 year old. Lots of tears and embarrassment but she needs to learn actions have consequences. Of course my husband has blown everything out of proportion and is now ignoring her, which doesn't help.

A visit from the social worker to discuss Dad's year review and he was all happy as Larry as she said they will review him again in June to see if he could move to a flat. No, that's not a good idea. I don't want him wandering out the house and getting lost.

A bonus today watching a friend in Sky News. It was the highlight of the day (so far).
