Anyone want to buy a church? St Stephen's is on the market. One (usually) careful but cash-strapped owner, William Playfair designed, modest but regular Fringe rental income, central location, no mod cons, great bell tower. Have I sold you on it? No? Well you can always just wait till some developer turns it into a) luxury character flats b) a care home c) a pub.

I'm late blipping today, have been working on my blip365 book. I'll never make an editor! Felt sorry for the church so gave it a quick boost on the iPad; bet it doesn't look that good in the estate agent's brochure!
