Buzzard

Cycling in the Borders I see loads of wildlife. I really should get a helmet cam that continually snaps. On one ride a Buzzard was surprised as I past him by, and then flew alongside me for the next 200m or so. Quite amazing.

This chap was sitting quite happily on a fence post by the road. I would have stopped there an then and got a picture, but a car over took me and scared him off. I watched him fly off low along the field before swooping left and up in to the trees. Fortunately my little camera has a 22x zoom, and I managed to capture him, as a friend put it, naturally framed.
