I'm all ten pin bowled out!

Went last night to practice my 'new technique' and bowled continuous for 2 hours. Started poorly but found some rhythm and hit a new PB of 203.

After meetings today I arrived at misc at 4pm for 5 practice games before playing 4 league games.

Knackered.com!!

Didn't play well in the league but need to maintain new technique if I am to improve.

Back home, MrsT was off work today with woman flu and L not far behind.

The cat is on her new meds and seems happy to be back home. She's purring loudly anyways!
