A Fall Sunset

The title says it all. Sunset was gorgeous today and I happened to be heading home as it occurred and so I stopped at my favorite scenic overlook.

I frequently find myself shooting pictures that include the sky which often creates a challenging exposure. In these cases, I always shoot three pictures at -2, 0 and +2 exposure compensation so I have the option of HDR later. I generally use HDR because it is best way to capture the range of exposures.
