A visit to hospital

Having visited the Queen Elizabeth in Birmingham recent
which is more redolent of an airport than a hospital, it was at the opposite extreme to have an appointment in the Ear, Nose and Throat Dept at our local hospital. Millions have been spent on upgrading it but I obviously have the illness that's in the ex Nissan huts or similar.
Having said that the staff were polite and friendly...though an hour and a quarter delay for a pre booked appointment is pretty poor. Good old kindle.
