Baking

Today I made Red Velvet cupcakes. Jess made them when she was home and my boys (Al & Connor) just love them. They nagged me so much that I just had to make another batch.
I love to cook but Jess is the baker in our house. Funnily enough, whilst I was making cupcakes in Houston she was making bread in Glasgow! Her bloomer loaf looked amazing. Perhaps she has blipped it........
