Quesadilla

I saw her about a block away walking toward me, and then she stopped to order a quesadilla para llevar (take out) from this woman doing a roaring lunch time business with home cooked fast food. [That she would come this far seemed like a good recommendation so I tried one myself later].

This is typical Mexico - so much non-bland color!
