The Dales.

A trip back to my old stomping ground of Fairsnape and Parlick Fells. I have worked out a system of supports for my knee so that I can get some walking in, though I cant say it's comfortable or speedy.
The day had started off sunny but weather was already moving in by the time we had got to the first top but it was clear enough to get this shot off of the Yorkshire Dales in the distance.
When I got home there was a letter to arrange an appointment with a consultant which has been arranged for the 31st, 3 weeks from seeing my GP.
I hope the diagnoses and treatment are just as quick.
