Generosity

I was exhausted after my trip yesterday and slept so soundly last night.. a shower has never felt so good. I was so so hot.. I thought about just walking into the sea on my way home.. !! and my lip had for some reason started swelling up and was like a trout pout this morning .. shame it was not on both sides i might have looked ten years younger! Not sure how that happened but seemed to start after I drank from a coke bottle!

Anyway I just can't stop Sona's family feeding me. The moment I turn up they produce some food for me and Chaya .. black tea .. and here Mutta Pattiri which is like a thick pancake and she made three for me!! Covered with coconut milk.. delicious but oh the waistline but having said that I have lost 7kgs since being here and feel so much the better for it
