Presenting a rather large cheque

In both senses of the word this rather large cheque for a rather large £1200 for St.Wilfrids Hopsice was handed over to their rep last night. It feels good to know that we have raised so much again and for such a fab charity.

Sometimes doing singouts can be less than fun, they can be cold, wet and I can be very glad to get home, but it makes it all worthwhile when we get this amount of money over the course of a year. We have sung in Sainsbury's twice - Georgia has stood in the freezing cold with a collecting tin - we've done table top sales, fetes and sung at every opportunity - in the end it was worth every effort.
