Derbyshire Hills - Infrared
The infrared part of the light spectrum is outside the range of what we can see with our eyes. With a digital camera, we can record just this “invisible light” and block the “visible” part.
This results in unusual but often beautiful renderings of otherwise fairly common scenes.
Wavelengths used for photography range from about 790 nm to about 900 nm. Here I have used a 720 nm converted camera to allow blue to remain.
