Horse Power

Strolled to Spylaw Park for a further blip in the autumn series, only to see what I initially thought was an oversized labrador but rather bizarrely turned out to be a Shetland pony.

Meet Ben, who was very Thelwell-like, and seemed to be doing a fine job of saving the grass cutters a bob or two with his incessant grazing. Despite its equine status, it barely came past my knees.


I did ask his permission before I took this, but he wouldn't reply with his mouth full.
