My Challenge
I haven't been hillwalking for over a year mostly due to an injury which has put me out of running and playing hockey which I am really missing. My new physio has given me the green light to cycle, gym so with feeling ok doing these activities and this being the last week of me being in my 40's I thought I would challenge myself. The hill that I and the pups climbed to-day is called The Law it is part of a range of hills that covers 25miles from the Firth of Tay to Stirling. The Law was the first hill I ever climbed an it gave me the bug to do more but this hill is my favourite. It stands at 638meters ,it may not be the highest of the hills in this range but it gives you a damm good workout as it is very steep. The wind was bitterly cold and there was a few snow flurries as we climbed, once at the top extra layers were put on and the pups were fed a munchie I took out the camera for a few pics whilst keeping an eye on the black heavy clouds to my left which seemed to be heading my way I only hung about for a few mins as the wind was chilling and we headed back down was back at the car my challenge was complete big Yippeee :)
