Silent Missionary

It would appear this is a 'Silent Missionary Plaque'.
About 200 praise plaques have been erected at scenic spots and historic sites in the British Isles by The Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary
These 'silent missionaries' with a Scripture verse and brief text reach people where they are often most responsive: outdoors in nature

The inscription reads:

I will bless the Lord at all times (Psalm 34:1)

God's will is goodness

And loving - kindness

And good - the paths
He leads us on.

This one is on the edge of Shipley Glen, there is another in Hardcastle Crags, Hebden Bridge
