clipstone headstocks

Driving through a old pit village called Clipstone in Nottinghamshire. This was a mining community in years past, then the pit was closed in the 80s. The whole of the old pit was demolished, except for the headstocks as is seen in my blip in the distance. There is debate now amongst the people who live in clipstone as to weather they should be demolished or turned into some kind of mining museum or visitor centre...
