20 mph Road Sign Poster

I saw this poster today advertising the 20mph speed restrictions that seem to be growing in numbers in all resdential areas in Lancashire and thought it would make an unusual Blip.

As to what I was doing on an Lancashire County Council speed awareness course I couldnt possibly say but rest assured the speed cameras in this area are working overtime at present.
