It's raining its pouring

Work this morning started by talking about last nights episode of benefits street. It was a good episode last night following a young family.

In the afternoon the ceiling in the office decided to spring a leak. When I say leak I mean Niagara Falls (pic). There are apartments on top of the mailbox above our offices and one of the apartments had a burst water pipe.

I was knackered running tonight but I ran 7.26km in 44mins flat.
