Crime and Craft

Ways to improve a Tuesday: do an Amazon order at the weekend and wait for it to arrive to brighten a week day. This little haul is a mix of art, craft, crime and lovely songs. I finished the first Peter May book at the weekend and definitely needed the other two and on the back of Vera success, earlier Ann Cleeves have been reissued. There's always space for more sewing books and for more music and the Angie Lewin book is preparation hopefully a trip in half term to an exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park. So, all purchases fully justified.

It has been the coldest day so far today with slippy paths this morning and a foggy drive home this evening. The marking pile isn't going down any - but it is being avoided quite skilfully. It will need tackling tomorrow or at least some of it will.
