Black Sheep

Should be white sheep, turnips are gone and they just sit in a quagmire of mud, poor things. A lot of them cough and some of them limp. I once reported a field full of sheep that appeared to have some form of foot rot - they were on their knees. It took weeks for the RSPCA to respond then it was all superficial and political - they couldn't take action because various targets were being met - the sheep had food and shelter and so on.
