Birthday Boxing Day

Gave K and Charlie a lift to and from work. They have me wine and chocolate. This was the car park near the nursery.
A 4m run at lunchtime. Natural (not looking at the Garmin) pace was around 7:40. And the last mile was about 6:50. Which is good. Getting some fitness back. But it was hard work!
