Chasing the sunrise

As I left the house this morning the rain had eased a bit and this is what I saw from the driveway. I quickly (and thankfully) grabbed a couple of shots before leaving and deciding to stop along the way. The redness in the sky intensified as I drove and it was truly the most amazing sunrise I have seen in a long time. Every stopping place obscured the view so I took a detour to the top of a hill and by the time I got there it had pretty much gone! I was gutted, couldn't believe it! Oh well, at least I got this one.
