Raffee

Emergency pic today, snapped this on my notice board. I love giraffes and have a small collection of wooden carved ones and a few other ornamental bead ones or engraved glass. This card was made by my grandson a few years ago.

Horrid cold cold foggy morning so not a great drive in, run at lunchtime was a bit of a struggle for me - route was flatter than last weeks route but couldn't get my breathing quite right today, my lungs felt like they were wrapped in a old scarf!

Good news on the slimming world front, 2lb lighter this week :)
