Hanging on

This morning was very cold and very foggy making everything damp.. I was looking the water droplets on the washing line and couldn't resist going into the garden to look for an interesting close up shot.. I noticed this lovely fuschia in the flower bed et voila! i had my blip... A spot of colour on a foggy damp morning..
The weather did improve, the fog lifted and i managed a 9 mile walk.. This evening i am feeling very tired i completed my 2nd fast day of the week managing to keep to 500 cals whilst burning off over 700 on my walk... Still a few hours before bed time so fingers crossed i'm not tempted....
Ok i'm yawning big time and i promise i will catch up on all blips tomorrow...
