Back on it
I do two fitness- related things a week and both happen here at NY Pilates:
- a 30 minute high intensity personal training session (usually circuits focused on one or two muscle groups)
- a 60 minute Pilates equipment session on the reformer, tower or cadillac
It's the minimum I can get away with and it's all focused on core strength.
I used to have lots of lower back problems, which got so bad that it hurt to roll over or sit up in bed. The core work means I haven't suffered from back pain for over 6 years now - it's brilliant!
