SINGING in the RAIN

Weather turned absolutely miserable late afternoon.
By the time I headed home,
rain was lashing down and wind was howling.
I put my camera kit beside me on the front seat
and headed home by an indirect route
to see what I could find.
CD player blaring,
heater on full blast,
I didn't even get out of the car.
I pulled in at the side of the road a number of times .
I just lowered the window,
took a number of shots,
and drove on.

I liked something about this one
despite the lack of content and the fact the settings
are way out of the acceptable range.
