Roosevelt Island

This photograph actually happened by pure luck. I was wandering Manhattan and I decided you know what, let me take a trip to Roosevelt Island. I took the trolley and once I got to the island, I started walking, wandering and anticipating anything that would come my way. I reached a gate where there is a statue of Franklin Delano Roosevelt at the end. So I made a right and I started walking. The walk way that I was on has two levels, an upper and a lower. So I'm at the upper one just looking for something, and I turn my head to the right, and there some people on the lower level taking photos. I noticed the city in the background as well which is Queens if I'm not mistaken. I also realized there some trees too, so I decided to include that in the photo as well. Once I saw all the layers that were going on around me, I picked up my camera and took two frames.
