Babbling Brook
Precariously leaning over a fence to get a few shots i jumped with fright and nearly fell over as an absolutely huge articulated lorry tooted loudly as it thundered past. I was not amused!
Having left Tilly as the vets in trepidation early this morning I headed out a bit aimlessly not really being able to focus on where to go. Following my nose I ended up in Wales and took in the fabulous scenery. Although it was foggy and a bit damp nothing could detract from the beauty of the surrounding hills. Caught this little stream bubbling it's way down the hill into the River Wye and played with my Christmas ND filter for the first time which was fun and helped to pass the time..all the while waiting for a call on the mobile from the vet. Her op took over 2 hours!
Tilly is now at home, her head is shaved and she looks rather like a cross between a poodle and a chipmunk. She is obviously in some discomfort and we are back for a check up tomorrow.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who left comments, hugs and good wishes yesterday - it really meant a lot to me. So very appreciated. Blip is such a supportive community and it really meant a good deal reading through them.
