The Winner Takes It All

Earlier this evening I heard my son squabble with his cat because he found it hard to fall asleep with George's noisy purr and solid pounds right on top of him. But I would have never expected what I saw when I went upstairs half an hour later to turn off the light in his room: George lying in the middle of the bed - and my son fast asleep on the floor in front of it.
