Ready for take off!

I can always count on seeing this beautiful red tailed hawk when I need a blip.
I have photographed him many times, and I think he knows my car. It's not such a good thing, though. As I approach the area where he is perched, he looks at me, then flies off!
Today, he was on a different tree than usual, but an easier access for me to shoot. I didn't even get out of the car and off he went!
I was told he is a partial albino red tailed hawk. I really enjoy seeing him!
