Battersea Break
A late afternoon walk from the Vauxhall office to a spot I found before. The power station is a shell just now with lots of expensive re-development planned. For the moment the area is a bit of a wasteland best viewed from a distance! And of course if a handy gull flies by... Snap.
Up and down the river on the boats again today, "only" 2 offices but one of them on 2 separate occasions.
Went to see "The Railway Man" in the evening, a very sensitive film with lots of proper acting. Really worthwhile and recommended. It's mostly set in my local area of the UK, so it was a bit weird that they used both Berwick Upon Tweed and North Berwick as locations (40 miles or so apart) and mixed them up - you can't get their view of the Isle of May from Berwick Upon Tweed - yet there it is on the horizon! And Port Seton and Cockenzie ex-servicemen's club is a fair hike from Berwick Upon Tweed as well. But aside from that, excellent. At least it's mostly correct and not Ireland or somewhere.
After the film, went for a run with the new running shoes. Went a bit farther, didn't get lost, thighs don't hurt too much. And I enjoyed it! All good then.
